The normal rates posted by Celebrity are based on double occupancy, so one person would be paying for two. The difference if you want to book solo through us, is NOT double! We do not add our small markup to the second person since we won't have to provide any out-of-pocket items.

If you meant to book a solo cabin and you ended up booking a half-cabin, DO NOT go back and book another spot. Please reach out to our team at [email protected] and we can adjust your payment schedule accordingly.

We are looking to secure the best rate possible at a hotel near the Port. Please check back to our site from time to time, as well as looking for posts in our private Facebook group. That is our preferred way to get messages out to the whole cruise crew.

First recommendation would be to check with any of your friends who may want to join you. This way, you know exactly who you'll be rooming with.

If no one is available to join you, be sure to post in our private Facebook group that you are looking for someone to share your cabin. Be sure to specify the cabin type, your preference of male or female, and get to know any other quirks that may impact your cabin share (snoring, night-owl, sleep walker, etc.).

We'll also keep an ear open for others who may be looking. While we can;t guarantee success, we did match several cabin mates just last year.

There are only two ways to get stage time on the Podcaster's Cruise:

1. Become a paid sponsor. We have packages available that cover everything from simply putting a flyer in the Swag Bag to getting 30-minutes of stage time and a full-page ad in the Directory.
2. Earn your stage time as one of our Group Leader Partners. To become a Group Leader, first - have us add your name to the "Who Invited You" dropdown on our booking page.. Next, refer all of your peers to book a cabin with us. For every 2 cabins you fill, earn an extra 10 minutes of stage time, up to 30-minutes for 6 full cabin referrals. Fill 10 cabins and you'll even earn $2,000 in cash!

ABSOLUTELY! The Podcaster's Cruise has a variety of sponsorship opportunities, including everything from an insert into our SWAG Bag - all the way up to 30-minutes of stage time and a full-page ad in our Directory.

The short answer is NO - we are applying a small mark-up for the event portion of your cruise that we facilitate. This includes the cocktail hour, the event rooms, your Swag Bag, etc.

However, if you wish to bring your kids and book them in their own room, you can certainly do so with Celebrity. Keep in mind the following: 1. we would not be able to allow them into any of our private functions, as Celebrity has our group count based on our bookings; and 2. Their cabin would not count toward earning stage4 time, if that is something you are seeking.

Includes ALL of our business building mastermind sessions, private parties, networking events and dinners!

INCLUDES All Cruise Fees! That means, all port charges, government fees and taxes are included in the price. 

Also includes all meals, most soft drinks, all buffets, 24 hour pizza and more, like nightly entertainment,

Broadway and Vegas style shows, pools, fitness center, water park, and play zone for your children.

It does NOT include gratuities that may be charged by Celebrity Cruise Lines.

Not included in your price is your airfare or travel to Port of Embarkation to get onto the ship. You pre-cruise hotel stay, pre-cruise drinks and pre-cruise meals are not included. (All your meals On-Ship ARE included.) Optional shore excursions are NOT included. Things like the SPA are extra. Hard alcohol drinks from the bar and wine are not included and you can put these on your sign-n-sail card.

The excellent dining room is free but the ship does have various upscale Asian, Italian Restaurants and one of the best steak houses you can eat at. That is an additional charge per person and optional. It is something you'll want to do at least once. 

Gratuities that may be charged by Celebrity Cruise Lines are NOT included.
